Ø      Translated Affidavit letter from parents of Pakistani Man that he's not previously married and authorized to marry with Indonesian girl (this affidavit has to be duly attested by the ministry of foreign Affair Islamabad or any camp office)

Ø      Translated Unmarried Certificate From Union council of Pakistani man (duly attested by the ministry of foreign Affair Islamabad or any camp office)

Ø      Photocopies of NIC, Passport and Visa of Pakistani man

Ø      Noc for marriage in Indonesia from Pakistani embassy Jakarta

Ø      Recent Color Pictures of man and girl

Ø      Prenup Agreement

Ø      Family registration card of Girl or Kartu keluarga of Indonesian girl

Ø      Identity card of girl

Ø      surat keterangan untuk nikah isued by Rt,Rw,Kelurahan, kua

Ø      Willingness of girl parents.

Requirements for issuance of noc for marriage

Required documents for Pakistani Man to get Noc From Pakistani Embassy Jakarta to do Marriage with Indonesian Girl

1. The bridegroom has to provide for original affidavit from his parents that he is not
previously married that is authorized to marry with an Indonesia girl .the affidavit has to be duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affair Islamabad ,in case of second marriage permission from his first wife also needed.

2. Unmarried Certificate From Union Council duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affair Islamabad

3. The Willingness Certificate from the girl parents that they allow to marry with the Pakistani man.

4. Family registration card or Kartu keluarga of the Indonesian Girl.

5. Identity card of the girl

6. surat keterangan untuk nikah issued by RT,RW,KELURAHAN ,KUA

7. Willingness of the girl that she to marry without force with Pakistani man and will not come to embassy in case of any dispute between them

8. Photocopy of CNIC, (POC) and valid Pakistani passport

9. Fee RP.185.000
